As we were travelling by cycle, overnight storage for our mode of transport was a concern. This hotel has that covered with an excellent bike "garage". The fact that our room had a lovely view of the sea and town was a bonus. The breakfast was also excellent.
The pool area is really lovely and the location is perfect for walks to the fishing village / lovely beaches.
All the written information and evening entertainment was either in Spanish or German. I appreciate that most of our fellow guests were German however, it feels isolating to have no means of communication in English. This could put English holiday-makers off coming again / recommending to others.
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Location by the sea and walking distance to nice beaches like Es Trenc, and with some restaurants at walk distance.
You need a car, unless you will be based only in the proximities of the hotel. Also, it may pay off to rent a car instead of taking cabs from and to the airport - the cost may be the same depending on the duration of your stay. The lounge and the lower floors of the hotel may be very noise at times, due to large groups of kids and teenagers staying in the hotel for swimming camps. There is an important swimming training center close by, and during our stay few groups of teenagers from different parts of Europe were attending these camps.
perfect location and sea view, nice swimming pool.
Receiption cheated us when we arrived, she said the hotel is full and introduce other poor hotel(crowd, small, no window) to us, but she charge us the same price. After manager came, hotel provide a room to us then. the person is so not kind at all and can not provide any tourist information.
Its closeness to the sea
Room was to small. No coffee making facilites in room. Some staff very grumpy
Beautiful location in very quiet town. Great place to rest.
Very well located closed to Es Trenc one of the most beautiful beaches of Majorca. Very nice view on the sea.
* You could choose where to sit in the dining hall
* Bad wifi coverage in the public areas * Would have been nice with a "traveling alone" area/table in the dining area where one could meet like minded.
Location and staff
Lifts need modernising and the restaurant for dinner could have more atmosphere
Location was nice. Hotel is ugly and dated but pool area is quite nice and has access to the ocean for swimming, via a ladder off the rocks
Staff very unhelpful to the point of complete disinterest. Some of the bathroom fittings are starting to look quite worn out. Breakfast not much to write home about.
Stayed here for 3 nights, I was delighted with this hotel, room very clean and spacious, great views. We went All Inclusive which I had never done before but was pleasantly surprised by the variation of food and drinks offered.I would recommend this hotel for a short vacation. Beaches close by and access to swim in sea right on doorstep which was great.
Only one negative thing I would say was on the day of our departure which was at 8pm, there was no facilities to have a shbower before we left, but that was not a major ordeal
very nice location, beatiful view from the top floor. We enjoyed the balcony :)
average age: 60 :)
It was being used as a residence for a large number of groups of young and very young swimmers training at a nearby facility.
The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view.
We booked a double room but were given two twin beds pushed together. We weren't told that we had to pay on the second day and so assumed we would pay on checkout as with other hotels, we were then locked out of our room on the third day until we paid. Our wallet was in the room and they were hesitant to let us back in the room even though we couldn't pay until we got the wallet. We were then locked out of our room a further two times with no explanation. The majority of people staying at the hotel were German and we were the youngest there by on average 20 years which wasn't bad but just thought it was something I should mention.
The biggest advantage is the quailty of the food and of course its variation. Whats more the crew who was very helpful and very friendly
- Despite the fact that most of the hotel was german nationality would be good if crew ( I mean waiters) was able to speak english as well...
